You can order from a minimum of 500 cups only (per size).

There are a number of factors that can affect delivery dates but in general, our delivery time is 8-15 working days. We nevertheless have an Ultra Express option that requires 3 working days only if you are in a hurry. Else, the Standard Express is 4-7 working days while the Economy option is 8-12 weeks.

We offer you three lead order time options:

  • The fast 7 working day lead time
  • The standard 10-15 working day lead time
  • The cost effective 8 week lead time

Yes, our paper cups are recyclable if disposed properly in adapted recyclable bins and not contaminated with other products. Our Biodegradable Paper Cups are 100% compostable. The paper we use for the manufacturing of all our range of products is sourced from sustainable forest products.

Our Double Wall Paper Cups are suited for both cold and hot drinks. We do not recommend using our Single Wall Paper Cups for hot drinks or cold drinks served with ice.

The paper used for our products are all sourced from sustainable forest products. We use paper from FSC or PEFC certified Mills only. Food safe inks are used for printing while food grade polyethylene (PE) lamination is used to ensure health safety. Our Biodegradable Cups are PLA-coated (derived from renewable resources and biodegradable).

A Single Wall Paper Cup has a single layer of board. They are generally paired with napkins or printed paper sleeves when serving hot drinks like tea or coffee. On the other hand, a Double Wall Paper Cup is made with two layers acting as a thermal barrier to prevent burns while handling hot drinks. The double layer also provides adequate insulation to maintain the right temperature of the beverages. They can also be used for cold drinks as they are guaranteed not to become soggy.

We propose Sip Through Lids as well as Transparent Dome Lids for our cups. The Sip Through Lids are perfect for takeaway hot beverages such as coffee or hot chocolate. The Transparent Dome Lids pair with our Ice Cream Cups and may be used to display your product in an attractive manner. Note that they may be used with the Ice Cream Cups ingenuously to serve food items other than ice cream such as nuggets or small portions of pasta, without fearing to get overboard.

You may send your artwork for branded paper cups by email. For best quality printing, we recommend using Vector art that you can create using Vector illustration programs such as Adobe Illustrator. The most popular Vector file extensions are .eps, .ai, .svg, .png and .pdf. In case your artwork does not require any background, you may submit it as a high-quality JPEG file. If you have any doubt, you may always liaise with our Design team for clarifications and guidance.

Laying out your artwork if you provide logo and graphics is a FREE SERVICE. However, if you decide to entrust the creation of your artwork to our in-house design team, we will charge a fee that will be mentioned separately. We guarantee you that our prices remain very competitive.

You have to pay for a make ready charge on your first order. No such charge is required for subsequent orders.

We unfortunately cannot send you a printed sample of your cup prior to signing off artwork. We, however, are glad to send you a proof as well as samples of cups ordered by other customers so you can evaluate the quality of the cups and the prints.

Yes, we will send you a proof for approval. At this stage, you can make changes or corrections. We will proceed to printing only once you sign off the artwork for production.

No, we do not charge printing per colour. Our costs include full CMYK colour. Special colours like Metallic Colours and pantones, as well as Foil Stamping, do carry an extra cost.

Placing an order is simple with us. You have to start by filling the Online Quote Form to receive a quotation from us. Next, you have to email the Sales Department your artwork elements as well as notes regarding any text you want to add such as Quotes, Email and Web addresses or Strapline. A member from the Design team will be assigned to your project and he will be the one sending you a proof. He will be your liaison person for any changes or revisions. Once we receive the green light for the artwork, we will proceed with printing and production. You will receive automated status emails from our system to stay updated with your order.
