The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on scyphus.co.uk website. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully and print a copy for future use.
All persons placing an order on our website must be at least 18 years of age, and accept delivery within the UK.
Each order for goods placed on our website, will be treated as an offer by you, to purchase the goods, and subject to our terms and conditions.

We aim to deliver orders within 2 - 3 Working Days

Description of Goods
All images on our website, descriptions, specifications, and advertisements are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. The company does not accept responsibility for any preparation work based upon such specifications.

Orders
All goods ordered over the weekend or on a public bank holiday, the order date is taken from the first working day after the public holiday, for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shut down period the delivery period may be extended to a later date.
After completion of your order please check your receipt, please report any errors immediately, either via email (Webnote). If you are in any doubt please contact us, as post delivery changes take time and can be an inconvenience to you.

Payment and Price
Scyphus Limited are entitled to make adjustments to the price, to take into account of any increases, due to manufacturing costs, taxes or duties, or publishing errors or omissions, the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. We accept most major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO & PayPal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Delivery Charges
All orders carry a delivery charge this is calculated on weight, this will be displayed as part of your order at the time of checkout.
From time to time we may offer free delivery again this will be shown at the time of checkout and also in the product description.

Shipping and Handling
To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition we send larger fragile goods via a two man delivery service.
All items shipped must be signed for, so please make sure that you are available to accept the delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you, be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver most products within the time frame shown above, however some larger items may take longer, all delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control.
If any item are out of stock, we will advise you via email or telephone to advise you of the expected delivery date.
Scyphus Limited takes no responsibility for claims of shortages, damages, manufacturing faults 72 hours after delivery.
Please check your delivery and report any problems to us within 72 hours, we will be pleased to assist in rectifying any issues to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

Damaged / Missing Goods
Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing, if it is not possible sign the proof of delivery note as "unchecked". You must inform us in writing, via email or fax within 72 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing. We cannot accept liability for damaged goods if you do not inform us within the 72 hours.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door, you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Cancellations/Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written (by post, by fax or email) giving details of goods ordered and there delivery.

In case of returns due to cancellation after delivery we shall ask you to return the goods yourself at your cost, and a restocking fee 50% will be charge unless misdescribed or faulty. It is therefore important you make absolutely sure your requirements are correct on purchase.

We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at this time. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy Scyphus.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
